11. Test results showed that in the Baxter material for those 16 laboratories, 2 live viruses coexisted. The bird flu virus appeared in 2005, had a high mortality rate, but infected just a few people. The number of deaths Worldwide, was around 250 but around 60% of those infected died! The mortality rate of this virus is very high, while its infection rate is minimal. BIRDFLU was mixed with seasonal flu that has an extremely low mortality rate, less than 0.01%, but a high degree of transmission/ a highly contagious infection rate. One was the bird flu virus.

I know there are people who have been studying this (population control) for a while, but… I would that my message reached someone who says... “Look I don’t know anything about that stuff, but I’ve just heard that there was a laboratory that delivered contaminated vaccine and that interestingly is one of the laboratories in charge of making flu vaccines this year.” This fact alone makes it justifiable to think that “Until such time as an explanation is given about why this contamination took place I won’t wish it on me, on my child nor on anyone close to me”. 17. How come Dr. M. Chan & the whole World Health Organization declare a pandemic??? On April 29 they say Level 5, just after the appearance of the first cases on April 17th, and a month and a half later, on June 11th... Dr. Chan announces Level 6, the WHO declared a Level 6 Pandemic, the maximum level of health alert. Since then we have a global pandemic of the A-H1N1 virus. How could WHO declare a pandemic, taking into account that this virus has a mortality rate lower than the yearly virus? Then how come there isn’t a pandemic every year, if the yearly virus is worse that this new virus? How come we don’t declare a pandemic every year?

The answer is that in May 2009 the WHO changed the definition of pandemic from its then current definition of “an infection by an infectious agent simultaneously present in different countries at the same time and with a significant mortality ratio to the proportion of infected population”…Well, it’s quite simple.
