Entering Standards Grades To open the gradebook from each section, click the blue square next to that section.

Skip this column, no grade is needed to be entered here. You can either click with your mouse or arrow right to the next column to enter grades.

Where the ** appear enter E/M/N/NA as your grade. This is not case sensitive, it will automatically change to a capital letter.

After entering in one grade, to change all students to have the same grade click the down arrow. You will receive a message informing you that you will change all ** to that grade. Click okay. ~Please note that you can only do this once, if you’d like to change them all to another grade you can repeat the steps above but hold down the “shift” key at the same time.

After entering your grades, click the “Upload to report card” button to save. If you need to make a change you can do so afterwards but remember to rehit the upload button.

If you want to undue ALL grades, you can do so at any time by clicking this button here.

When you are in the next term, you can copy your grades from Term 1 to Term 2 to save time. Click the “Action Menu” button and then copy the grades from your preferred term.

After your all done with one gradebook and have saved your grades, click the back arrow to go back to your sections. Or click the “Home” button to return to the starting screen.

On occasion you may receive an error message. Click okay, and reupload/save your grades. You can also try changing from Google Chrome to Internet Explorer.

Entering Comments From your home screen, your homeroom section. Only in Homeroom can you enter comments for all your students.

Click Report Card Values to enter one final grade for all students in this section. If you’d like to do an individual student select the report card values button next to their name.

Click “Report Card Comments”.

Enter in each comment number in Comment T1 for Term 1. The comments must be separated by column. The comments will post regardless of whether you enter a space between the comma’s. I recommend no more than 3 comments total.

When you’re done click “save” and then “back” to go back to the previous screen. Or “home” to go back to the first page with all your sections.
