2 Established October 2003 Situated at NOAA’s Coastal Services Center 2234 South Hobson Av, Charleston, SC Within the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Centrally located to serve the ports of: Charleston, SC (45 mile loop to visit all the terminals) Savannah, GA (110 miles, approx. 2 hours each way) Wilmington, NC (180 miles, 3 to 4 hours drive each way)
