3 Kamias/Iba cold Juice Drink ala sprite Ingredients and Steps: a.) wash kamias and remove the red leaves b.) mashed the kamias with a fork to extract the juice c.) pour the juice into a cold water pitcher d.) mix with brown sugar or pure honey e.) put plenty of ice Tips: a.) 2 small kamias is equivalent to a glass of water per person b.) brown sugar amount is according to taste, same with pure honey c.) save the pulp of the kamias for kitchen cleaning use such as soak the plastic chopping board with kamias pulp overnight for a whiter look d.) preferably use wood chopping board, cleaner and sustainable, heat under the sun to dry after cleaning

Raw Salad Ingredients and Steps: a.) wash kamote red leaves and slice very thinly b.) remove sayote cover but first slice its thin top and rub on top to avoid sticky stain when handling sayote c.) cut into half and remove the seeds and white mid part d.) slice very thinly sayote e.) remove pineapple cover including the eyes and save the mid hard portion f.) slice very thinly pineapple g.) sprinkle salt, tiny sliced cubes garlic and onions (few) h.) mix together the uniformed thin slices of raw kamote leaves, sayote and pineapple i.) optional: a dash of olive oil or virgin coconut oil

5 Tips: a.) for emphasis everything is raw b.) 1handful bunch kamote with stem and leaves but only the leaves will be used for eating, various size not necessarily only talbos c.) 1 sayote d.) half pinya e.) little salt f.) little garlic and onions sliced thinly into cubes g.) 12 kalamansi or more h.) teaspoonful or more olive oil or virgin coconut oil

6 Spaghetti Italiani Style Ingredients and Steps: a.) slice uncovered kalabasa into tiny cubes b.) slice uncovered kamote into tiny cubes c.) slice peeled onions into tiny cubes d.) slice peeled garlic into tiny cubes e.) slice tomatoes and remove the seeds save for the garden f.) sauté garlic till brownish g.) add and sauté onions till pulpy h.) add and sauté tomatoes slowly simmering till boiling i.) add the grilled eggplant, peeled and mashed j.) pour a cup of boiled corn broth k.) salt and pepper to taste l.) in separate casserole boil corn with its corn silk wrapped by its cover m.) boil together sliced onions and garlic with the corn n.) when boiling add the uncut long spaghetti o.) sprinkle salt and coconut oil to the spaghetti p.) the half cooked spaghetti transfer to the casserole of the sautéed kalabasa, kamote, garlic, onion, tomatoes cubes and mashed eggplant q.) salt and pepper to taste r.) when spaghetti is soft, sprinkle pounded adobong peanuts

7 Spaghetti Italiani Style Ingredients and Steps: Tips: a.) an inch thick sliced kalabasa b.) 2 kamote c.) 3 onions d.) 2 bulb garlic e.) 3 eggplant f.) 2 corn g.) 1/8 kl. royal spaghetti h.) 1 kl. kamatis i.) 6 teaspoonful coconut oil j.) 2 tablespoon peanuts k.) salt and pepper to taste accordingly

10 Puso Saging/ Banana Heart Steak Ingredients and Steps: a.) remove hard cover but save the saging bulaklak/banana blossoms for next recipe b.) wash and prick on two sides c.) boil in pot/kaserola in half full water d.) after first boiling point, turn off the fire e.) get the lukewarm cooked puso saging and insert thin stick or toothpicks before slicing per half inch thick f.) the toothpick or stick keeps them whole instead of falling into pieces g.) keep/save the fallen pieces for the next recipe h.) marinate the sliced puso saging on stick with kalamansi juice and toyo/soy sauce i.) two hours of marination is okay but overnight makes it salty j.) deep fry in coconut oil k.) in separate pan fry in little coconut oil thin slices of onions l.) use the frying pan with little oil and pour the marinated sauce and boil slightly m.) to serve the puso saging steak place the sliced onions on top and pour the boiled marinated sauce

11 Puso Saging/ Banana Heart Steak Ingredients and Steps: Tips: a.) 2 small or 1 medium will yield 6- 8 slices b.) 9-11 kalamansi or more c.) 7 teaspoon toyo d.) coconut oil ¼ kl. or more e.) 3 onions f.) keep the removed cover of the puso saging as useful containers of the ingredients or as plate server
