2. 1. Login to TCIL-IT exam site (www.tcilitexams.com)www.tcilitexams.com 2. To obtain the centre login user id & password, please contact the regional coordinator. 3. Submit the user name and password given. 4. Click the examination you want to appear.

3. GUIDELINES FOR TCIL-IT ONLINE EXAMINATION 5. You will be prompted to enter the user name & password for the examination, which will be supplied by COE 15 minutes before the commencement of examinations every day. 6. Please make sure that you are using Internet Explorer 4.5 or above as your browser. 7. Please adjust your browser settings to allow cookies. This is essential for the program to calculate the marks. Otherwise the program will fail. Conduct a test by using the demo examination to check whether it is working.

4. GUIDELINES FOR TCIL-IT ONLINE EXAMINATION 8. The examination will be for 45 minutes and the time remaining will be shown in the status bar of the browser window. The student must complete the examination within 40 minutes and the submit button must be clicked by the invigilator within the next five minutes. Otherwise the exam page will be closed and the examination will be deemed as ‘Cancelled’. 9. Please conduct the practical examinations and calculate the modular marks before presenting a student for the online examination.

5. GUIDELINES FOR TCIL-IT ONLINE EXAMINATION 9. The invigilator must submit the modular marks & practical marks along with student details immediately after the completion of the online examination. 10. Incomplete submissions will be rejected and the student have to apply and pay for re- examination to appear again.

6. GUIDELINES FOR TCIL-IT ONLINE EXAMINATION 11. Ensure that the video surveillance is switched on. 12. Please ensure the secrecy & security of the examination by keeping the user name and password intact. It is advised that only one person in the centre knows the User name & Passwords.
