Think of these almost like your New Year’s resolution. With this goal, you are looking at some aspect of your life that you want to change immediately. This should be a reachable goal before the end of the school year (graduation).
3
Getting Healthy I would like to start spending 3 – 5 days a week working out for at least 30 minutes and changing my diet to where I cut out many sugars and sodium to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
4
These goals should be more or less life changing. They can include any aspect of your life that you would like to work on in the next 1 to 3 years. I feel this is a good place to focus on a negative aspect/attribute that you have that you CAN work on.
5
End My Procrastination I tend to procrastinate when it comes to non-urgent things. I have things in my house that have needed work for years. Unless it’s school/work related, I tend to put many things off until they have to be done. This is going to end in the next 2 years as I prioritize better.

These goals should be more or less life changing. They can include any aspect of your life that you would like to work on in the next 5 to 10 years. Most of you I will assume will be detailing something about your future profession in this section.
7
Education & Travel I want to keep pursuing my education with a PsyD or a PhD within the next 5 years. I deem it crucial for myself as well as my children. I also want to travel the world. I’m a social studies teacher who has limited exposure outside of the US. Within the next 3 years, I will have traveled to another continent and within the next 10 years I will have traveled to 3 more continents.

You should have at least 3 slides…but detailed. You are expected to talk for at least 3 – 5 minutes…the class should know your goals well by the end of the presentation. You can either submit it to me electronically or in some form. Use whatever resource you want to present…be creative…PPT, Prezi, diorama, brochure, etc. Full credit will be given as long as you meet all 3 prompts and present. Presentations start Monday 1/10…random selection.
