The Official Transport Service cannot accept requests for personnal errands (shopping, private dinners…). Priority is given to players with matches that day. Please show your badge each time you use the Official Transport Service. Families and friends may travel with the player but the player must be one of the passengers in the car. Drivers are instructed to adhere to this rule and will refuse to transport any party in the absence of a player. From Monday to Thursday: 75,60€ for single or double occupancy + breakfast 8€. Players wishing to stay at the HILTON Hotel will cover the difference in price between the two hotels.  MAIN DRAW - SINGLES DRAW Hospitality (breakfast is not included) is extended to players in the singles main draw from Sunday 18 May for a minimum of 4 nights through the night of the player’s last match. Players arriving before Sunday 18 May will have to pay for their room. - DOUBLES DRAW Hospitality (breakfast is not included) is extended to players in the doubles main draw from Sunday 18 May for a minimum of 3 nights through the night of the player’s last match. Players arriving before Sunday 18 May will have to pay for their room. Players wishing to arrive earlier or stay longer in this hotel will benefit from the special FFT rate (depending on availability): 140€ single or double occupancy. He will be on-site from Friday 15 to Saturday 23 May. REFEREE REFEREE Anne Lasserre will be on-site from Friday 15 to Saturday 23 May. SURFACE SURFACE Red Clay Players are required to wear tennis shoes accepted for play on clay courts only. The Referee has the authority to determine that a tennis shoe’s sole does not conform to such customs and standards and can prohibit its use. GRASS COURT SHOES SHALL NOT BE WORN FOR PLAY. Ball change will occur after the first seven games of the match, and thereafter every nine games. For practice, balls are supplied at the on-site Practice Reservation Desk. Players are encouraged to return all used practice balls to the practice desk. 6 INTERNATIONAUX DE STRASBOURG 2009 PRIZE MONEY PRIZE MONEY  Qualifying Event: Prize Money will be paid on-site in Euros at the Players’ Welcome Desk.  Main Draw: Prize Money will be paid by Travelex in USD. All Prize Money is subject to a 15% tax deduction. This applies to all foreign players regardless of their country of residence. We remind you that you must declare your French earnings even though the 15 % tax is actually a tax credit which will be taken into account when you make your fiscal declaration in your country. U.S.A.: Deduction of tax at source is operated systematically on all amounts paid to artists and sportsmen resident in the U.S.A., by the tax officers of France, according to articles 182 A and 182 B of the C.G.I. If the total amount (including what would be deducted at source) earned during the fiscal year does not exceed $10,000 a request for reimbursement should be forwarded by those concerned, directly or by intermediary of the tax debitor in France, to the Centre des Impôts des non-résidents, 10 rue du Centre – 93465 NOISY-LE-GRAND. Racket stringing will be deducted from the Prize Money. FACILITIES AND SERVICES MEDICAL SERVICE MEDICAL SERVICE Any medical aid inside the stadium must be carried out exclusively by the official medical staff who will be at your disposal, one hour before match start, from Friday 16 to Saturday 23 May. STRINGING SERVICES STRINGING SERVICES During the tournament (for the qualifying and the main draw events), Warehouse will provide the official stringing service on-site from Friday 15 to Saturday 23 May. Rate: 18 € (Stringing only). LOCKER ROOMS LOCKER ROOMS The locker rooms are reserved for players only. Towels are available for use on-site, on the court and in the locker rooms only. As a large number of towels get lost, our supplier has difficulty in providing us with enough towels. Consequently, we kindly ask you to use them in the stadium only. Thank you for your help and consideration. Coaches do not have access to the locker rooms. PLAYERS’ LOUNGES PLAYERS’ LOUNGES The Players’ Lounge is reserved for competitors, their family and coaches. Access to the Players’ Lounge will be strictly monitored. Families and guests do not have access to the Upper Lounge. SNACK SNACK From the Saturday of the qualifications onwards, hot and cold beverages, fruits and light snacks will be available at any time throughout the day. RESTAURANT RESTAURANT From Saturday 16 May onwards a restaurant will be available for players and their guests. It is located in « Le Village ». Lunch served from 11.00 to 16.00. Dinner served from 18.00 to 19.30 depending on matches. 910

7 INTERNATIONAUX DE STRASBOURG 2009 Each player will receive two lunch meal vouchers (one for the player and one for her guest) per day until elimination from all draws. These vouchers are not transferable for the following day. INTERNET INTERNET In the Players' Lounge two internet terminals will be at your disposal. The lounge will also be equiped with a wifi system and a printer. HAIRDRESSER HAIRDRESSER Hairdressing service provided by « Jacques Dessange » will be available in the Players‘ Upper Lounge from Saturday 16 May to Thusrday 21 May (11.00 to 18.00). Ask the Players' Welcome Desk for bookings. LAUNDRY LAUNDRY A complimentary laundry service for your tennis sport clothes only is provided. A special bag is available at the Players‘ Welcome Desk.
