As a minimum, the report will include the Wing CC’s assessment of the 4 Major Graded Areas (MGAs) and sub-MGAs over the reporting period. 2

I n t e g r i t y - S e r v i c e - E x c e l l e n c e CCIR Process Drafted by Wg/IG or CC’s Inspection Program (CCIP) Director Reviewed/approved by Wg/CC Wg/CC submits to NAF for review/approval After NAF approval, Wg/CC submits final version to MAJCOM Use SIPRnet to transmit CCIR to protect potential vulnerabilities 4 CC to CC accountability, then IG & functional awareness afterwards

MAJCOM IG Use the CCIR as another input into the overall UEI continuous evaluation Compare the results from UEI Capstone with the CCIR to determine CCIP effectiveness MAJCOM Functionals Use the CCIR to determine what help the Wg/CC needs to solve problems Pursue any problem areas in functional role Determine if any MAJCOM problems exist & way ahead 5
