Now we are often called a “Rainbow Nation” because so many different kinds of people live in this country.

11 Our wildlife We are used to having so many animals around, but people from other countries think it is so wonderful!!

20 Very diverse country Great variety of climate zones.
Mountainous scrubland Kalahari Desert Coastline lush and well watered Wine area has a Mediterranean climate
