3. Safety First Knives are designed to cut only
NO Cubs under the age of Bear is allowed to carry a knife
A Cub needs to earn the privilege to carry a knife
Any “horse play” or unsafe use of knives will immediately result in the loss of the privilege or a corner of the whittling chip card.

4. Safety Rules Keep the knife sharp and clean
Know where your knife is at all times
Say “Thank you” when passing the knife
Check your “BLOOD CIRCLE” (Safety circle) before you open the knife
NO knives at school
