3. Objectives At the end of this session, participants will be able to: Describe some of the special features of the Qualtrics software Explain how to create and distribute a survey, gather data, and select reporting options Determine if Qualtrics is a good fit for specific projects

4. What is Qualtrics? An online survey software available through the HSC It enables users to: create survey instruments distribute them electronically track participation send invitations and reminders display survey results graphically and statistically export raw data in a variety of formats Stanford University IT Services, 2013

5. How do I access Qualtrics? Open a web browser window (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) Access Qualtrics: www.tamuhsc.qualtrics.com and click on “Create a New Account.” Type in your HSC email address and then create a personal passwordwww.tamuhsc.qualtrics.com Log-in by entering your username and password
