IDT 2/28 Reminders 2/28 IDT Call starts at 7:30 PM, 3.5 hour IDT begins at 8:30 PM IDT Debrief will be sometime between Midnight and 12:30 AM TARRFs set to regular submission – not required to be set to 1 BAAL control will be tested again Ramp Sharing “On”  Reg Up / Reg Down at 50%; Spin and Supp at 100% Regulation and OR  RegUp, RegDown, Spin and Supp all submitted as “Market” or “Fixed” as desired 2

3. IDT 2/28 Reminders 02-25 IDT - Regulation Priority Buckets worked very well –Update presented at the Joint Working Group on 2/26. –SPP recommended that 6 priority groups be activated at Go- Live to mitigate potential slow regulation response. –That presentation is posted on SPP.org. 02-28 IDT and after - Regulation Deployed in 6 “Buckets” –SPP estimates 4-6 Resources per priority group. –An average clearing of 10 MW clearing of Regulation per Resource. –Expected to deploy 40-60 MW on a bucket before moving to the next. 3

4. Reminders EIS Tagging Tags that are leaving the Footprint should be terminated as of 12:00 AM on March 1 SPP will be contacting any MPs that continue to have any such tags submitted to production that span Midnight 3/1. If they are not terminated the Market System would be able to use them but they would not go to Settlement so all EIS tags must ramp out across midnight of 3/1. 4
