3 Just four weeks!!! More improvements to the grounds and facilities Air conditioned comfort Internet access

4 Items of Note Comprehensive list of rules for open class, 4-H and FFA. Review the animal health requirements for 2012. Stalls will be available at 10:00 am on Friday, August 31. No trailer parking permits will be sold. Two stages in the Exhibit Hall.

7 Dog Show – Big Red Barn All dogs must be unloaded by 8:30 am Enter From Stolley Park Rd. Enter vendor lot to unload Move your vehicle to Brunks lot across Stolley Park Road south of Gate #2.

8 Livestock Check-in Trailer All livestock (cattle, goats, rabbits, poultry, swine and sheep) must check-in at the check in trailer located in Brunk’s lot south of Stolley Park Road. –All cattle, goats, swine and sheep health papers will be checked. –All exhibitors will pick up exhibitor packet which include all parking and exhibitor passes. After exhibitor packets are picked up, move to the appropriate entry gate.

9 Poultry/Rabbit Enter Brunks lot from Stolley Park Road. Pick up exhibitor packet at livestock check-in trailer. Enter Gate #3 proceed to sheep barn Unload on north side of sheep barn. Exit to the east and south out Gate #2 Brunk’s lot **Livestock Check-In Trailer

10 Cattle, Sheep and Goats Enter Brunks lot from Stolley Park Road. Pick up exhibitor packet at livestock check-in trailer; livestock will be health checked at this time. Enter Gate #4 proceed through cattle tie outs. Drive through appropriate barn to unload Exit to east and south through Gate #2. Brunk’s lot **Livestock Check-In Trailer

11 Swine Enter Brunks lot from Stolley Park Road. Pick up exhibitor packet at livestock check-in trailer; livestock will be health checked at this time. Enter Gate #3 proceed to swine barn Unload on west and north side of swine barn. Exit to the east and south through Gate #2 Brunk’s lot **Livestock Check-In Trailer

12 Livestock Trailer Parking After unloading and exiting grounds, drop trailer off in the trailer lot to the east of the grounds. –Follow Stolley Park Road east to Stuhr Road –North on Stuhr road, to the trailer lot (Luebbe Lot) across from Gate #8. –Trucks without a permit will be allowed to park in the trailer lot (Luebbe Lot). Move trucks with exhibitor permit to exhibitor parking inside Gate #3 or Brunk’s lot.

14 Presentations & Companion Animals Presentations & Companion Animal show held in 4-H FFA Exhibit Hall. Enter through gate #5 with unloading pass,(off Fonner Park Road), unload from the west parking area and proceed into general parking. If you have special unloading needs, please contact the superintendent. Unload Park

15 Livestock Release Release of livestock, poultry and rabbits will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept 3. Counties will be released at staggered times, please check the 4-H website or the livestock office for release times. Trucks and trailers will enter Gate #4 and be directed to appropriate barn for load out. Exit will be out of Gate #2.
