Part 3:Computer science GCSE(OCR) Unit A453 Programming project Controlled assessment Approx 20 hours 45 marks 30% of the qualification Candidates create solutions to computing tasks from a set of options supplied by OCR.

Mr Hall’s Expectations When in computer science class be cool!! -Remember you are the coolest in your year for selecting this class When you come into class don’t log in until told Always remember your coding/theory book Don’t distract others when they are practicing their coding-You need to concentrate!They also need to concentrate! Please sit in the seating plan which you have been told-ie Boy /Girl Don’t distract your wonderful teacher during classtime! Don’t play games –unless it is one you have designed! Complete your work you are set Complete your homework Don’t be afraid to get coding wrong Don’t feel intimidated by computing terminology Write up your notes as you go along so that you have revision notes
