15. Monthly Public Board Meetings Hire/Fire Approve Contracts Expulsions, etc. JOC can only recommend budget for approval of member districts. Member districts must approve budget. 15

16. CTE Authority Boards CTE schools are not legally permitted to be owned by the school itself because it is owned by multiple school districts Buildings are owned by the school’s Authority. 16
