Know Yourself (Female) Prefer Community & cooperative environment Generally less competitive Relational- focus on people & activities Are contextualized- Need to see how events are related Aware of power dynamics- unempowerd & silenced Less confident (due to experiences) especially in science & math (Rasool & Curtis, 2000).
