9. State Achievement Award Nominees must: Have served as Chapter President Demonstrated good attendance Completed two or more leadership roles at the state level Such as: Area Coordinator State Chair Served as a Director or Officer on ASTEF for a minimum of two years

10. Golden Rose Award Nominees must: Be members who are not eligible for the State Achievement Award Have good attendance and participation at the chapter level Have given years of service at the state level through Workshop participation Committee work Attendance at Delta Kappa Gamma Conventions
