21 PATIENT TIPS  Stay Clean and Dry  Post Exercise/Physical Activity  Bathing  Elderly  Ambulate  Feet  Change socks(Cotton or Wool) & Wash qd  Dry in between toes well  Talcum powder  Wear sandals, canvas tennis shoes, or go barefoot during treatment  Blisters- soak in an astringent x 20 to 30 minutes BID  Avoid infected clothes and personal items  Treat even after burning/irritation stops
