2 Single State Agency responsible for planning, coordination and regulation of the statewide network of prevention, intervention, treatment and recovery support services for individuals with substance use disorders Provides fiscal management and technical assistance to 24 juridictions who either purchase and/or provide services Serves as a resource for information about new trends in substances of abuse as well as provides a resource directory of services for individuals with substance use disorders and their families 2

11  Create a database of controlled substance prescription information  Make prescription data available to healthcare providers to help them identify individuals with prescription drug-related substance use disorders and promote more effective pain management.  Make prescription data available to law enforcement, health professional licensing boards and regulatory authorities to assist investigations

12  Use of a tested software application to allow patients in outpatient services to access care in real time, using an internet based virtual reality gaming application.  120 participants by the end of the first 12 months.  Increase access to treatment by removing barriers including transportation, stigma, or physical handicaps
