Ye have said it is vain to serve God: what profit is it that we have kept his ordinances, and walked mournfully before the Lord of host
Your words have been stout against me, says the Lord of host. Yet you say “what have we spoken so much against you?”
Return unto me and I will return unto you. Says the Lord of host. But you say wherein will we return?
Malachi 2:17 You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say “wherein have we wearied Him? When you say everyone that does evil is good in the sight of the Lord… or where is the God of judgment?

Then they that feared the Lord spoke often one to another: and the Lord harkened and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who feared the Lord, and thought upon His name. And they will be mine says the Lord of host, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them as a father spares his own son that serves him.
For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched by the feelings of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet with out sin. Let us therefore boldly approach the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
