2 CareerSource Okaloosa Walton Mission Statement To ensure that every citizen has the opportunity and skills necessary to engage in meaningful employment throughout Okaloosa and Walton Counties, and that every business has access to educated, trained, and prepared employees that meet their needs.
3 What is the One-Stop Delivery System ? The One Stop delivery system provides universal access to an integrated array of labor exchange services so that workers, job seekers and businesses can find the services they need in one stop and frequently under one roof in easy-to-find locations.
4 PANHANDLE WARRIOR CONNECTION MISSION STATEMENT To ensure every Warrior throughout Florida’s 1st Congressional District has greater access to benefits and housing; use of the G.I. Bill for education; and the opportunity and skills necessary to engage in meaningful employment.
5 The grant funding will not duplicate any existing Veteran programs, but enhance the Veteran outreach by connecting Warriors with services in the 1st Congressional District.The PWC Community Integration will link Warriors to community resources by networking with local agencies; educating the community as a whole about the needs of our Warriors; advocating for greater awareness in the community for Warriors and their families; and, creating solutions to gaps in care for Warriors.

9 Outreach services to Florida Panhandle Warriors will be conducted through multiple avenues including, but not limited to, enrolling eligible Warriors in education through the G.I. Bill; reducing Warrior unemployment in the designated communities; and developing a community analysis (i.e. mapping out) of the community to identify gaps in available services for Warriors.
