Column F.Was the pupil considered a dropout at time of enrollment? (1=yes, 0=no) Column G.Is the pupil considered expelled? (1=yes, 0=no) Column H.Anticipated annualized direct cost of instruction per pupil (i.e., cost of online courses, mentor staff costs, computer, internet, or any cost directly incurred resulting from enrolling individual pupil, etc.). Column I.Anticipated annualized indirect cost of instruction per pupil (i.e., facilities, program administration, or any cost allocated to every pupil in the district or program that is not direct attributable to the enrollment of an individual student).

11 Create and Send in Excel Spreadsheet to Genesee ISD By February 22, 2011, participating districts will email a completed, password protected Microsoft Excel file to STWinfo@geneseeisd.org. Schools must document weekly, two-way interaction between on-site mentor and pupil each week during count period. –I.E., email exchanges, phone logs, Skype records, etc. –The student must respond.
