Our father late Shri A.K. Bagai started business and now it is managed by our Mother, Mrs Kamal Bagai, Myself Suneet Bagai and Brother Vineet Bagai. The qualification is as following:- 1. Group A The organization employs employees in different departments, each of whom are professionals in their respective fields. It provides periodical Training & Development program, to enhance individual capabilities to deliver in a professional environment. A process of Rewards & Recognition is followed to infuse high motivation levels among all employees. Group A (Jobs, Responsibilities & controls) Group A consists of managers who looks after the works of different Companies. Liaison with HO: Relating to stock receipt and inter location transfer, price revision, distribution/ miscellaneous Stock updation: Recording advance information of all consignment on exercise book for convey of stocks in transit or receipts to RBMs checking thoroughly stock receipt register generated from JDE, for product code, product, batch no., case, quantity, MRP, PTR and product expiry Write off/In: I.I. for breakage, damage , shortage reported in in incoming consignments, after through checking & satisfaction with go down keeper . Group A Correspondence and s: Compliance to H.O. s and correspondence/Reports. Breakage and Expires: Recording of RANs &GR on receipt. Collection of goods from transport. Thorough checking of consignment with RAN. Bifurcation of RAN in following categories. Breakage Expiry Not entitled Not found Excess found Credits/Debits: Ensure proper and thorough verification of bonus credit, hospital credit, special discount credit advices received, authorized by RBMs/NSMs. Recovery through debits of bonus offer, credit allowed against returned stocks and breakage/expiries. Samples and Promotional material: Compliance of all the instructions of H.O. & ensures the dispatches of consignments to reach all MRs before schedule of campaign. Reversals( RBP/RCR): Checking the batch price before raising reversals. Rechecking of RBP/RCR before filing. Organization

Group B GROUP ‘B’ (Jobs, Responsibilities & controls): Group ‘B’ consists of the office co-ordinators like dispatch clerk. Receptionist etc. Order receipted on daily basis are recorded in order register. Arrangements made to receive local order at our city office and sent twice daily. Orders totally scrutinized for signature and stamp. Any over writing is re-confirmed with AWD (Telephonic/letter). Ensure FAX orders received exceptional cases or during closing are not dispatched without receipt of confirmed orders and instruments in hand. After closing , if any confirmation is not received , information to HO and action taken accordingly. Service & Compliance: To update on order receipt To update on stock position To update on dispatch to upcountry and local delivery To comply with urgent dispatches To update on sales figures To update on customer outstanding /bouncing Any other query or information update Attend on top priority all visiting field staff and internal customers. Group B Posting of scheme circulars. To update AWD on orders , invoicing & dispatch. Maintaining record of reply awaited s and letters. Resumption and stop supplies as per company policy Letter’s received on ‘lost in transit’ from MDAC are separately followed up with the parties and drafts / banks certificates are collected. On receipt of bouncing letter from MDAC, cheques are formally bounced in JDE and letter thus printed, is sent to party/ RBM/ABM/MDAC. Field Reporting: Ensure all the sales and stock related report are sent to RBMs/ABMs/MRs on regular basis or as demanded. Report on Breakage /Expiry dealer wise product wise on month end. Group C GROUP ‘C’ (Jobs, Responsibilities & controls): Group ‘C’ consists of godown keepers . There are 11 godowns in our campus for different companies. There is one godown keeper for each company who performs various functions. Functions: House keeping Monitoring temperature of AC rooms and walk in cooler and maintaining the temperature chart record. Monitoring that correct quantity and batch Nos goods has been taken out from invoices by the godown helpers. Monitoring of packing and correct mark on theCS. Making of challan Handing over the goods to carting agent. Receiving incoming stocks from other locations and getting it unloaded at a right place. Strictly following the CO’s norms Checking the incoming with invoice for quantity and batch NO’s Receiving Br/Exp brought by C/A and getting it checked within 24 to 48 hrs. Receiving goods return brought by carting agent and getting it checked in hrs. Organization

Group C Receiving samples and inputs and making physical inventory. Dispatching the samples and inputs as per HO allocation after marking manual invoice. Packing and handing over the goods to the carting agent. Making the set of papers to be sent to respected field staff i.e. covering letter, GR copy, invoice copy. Completing the inventory register after dispatches. Strictly following first in and first out norms. Batch/expiry stock taking of samples and giving information to H.O. Maintaining local sample delivery receipts. Organization

16 Infrastructure Infrastructure Location of Office and Godown
It is located at Plot No 10, Kartarpura, 22 Godown, Industrial Area which is one of the oldest centrally located industrial area of Jaipur. This is 3 km from Bus stand and Railway Station. The greatest advantage of it is that heavy transport vehicle is able to move freely 24 hrs. The prominent transport companies have their offices here. Assets and Liabilities It is built on 5500 sq ft which is fully equipped with computer stand by UPS photocopies, fax, Modem, STD PCO, Conference Room and free spacing cabins, Generators and fire fighting equipments. The area of our building is 40,000 sq. ft along with vacant land 660 s.q. Meters and an A.C. sheet warehouse of 5500 s.q. ft. Residential Bungalow at C Scheme, prime location of town. The family is free of any liability whatsoever. Infrastructure

It has 34,500 sq ft of warehouse which is located on 4 floors and is very well equipped with a goods lift to carry up to 150 boxes on each floor at one time. We have forklift, trolleys, pallets and special air-conditioned warehouses. Facilities We Can Provide One RM chamber, conference Hall, place for ASM and Telephones, Fax, E- mail, Modem, STD facilities, Photo copier, computers, printers. Transport Facility We have very adequate in city transport vehicles like Auto Rickshaw and Handcarts to deliver the products quickly. We will be very grateful if you will give us the opportunity to serve your Company. New Facility It will ready by 2010 and each floor will have 1 lakh sft of storage space. Infrastructure
