9. Summary I chose the Komodo Dragon to research because first, I like reptiles very much. Also, since I knew it was the largest lizard in the world, that got me going. Fun Fact: Arrival of Komodos in the 1920’s inspired Hollywood producers to create hit movie, Godzilla.
