Not yet posted  NGA’s Industry Interaction Program (IIP) – Program to solicit capability statements from industry and spur interaction. These submissions are also circulated through DIA.  Small Business Innovation Program (SBIR) – DIA is currently looking into the SBIR and other similar programs to increase small business participation in innovation and RDT&E.  Research and Development for Technical Collection BAA VACA – DIA BAA to solicit white papers and proposals for innovative technical collection solutions.

12 UNCLASSIFIED Office of the Executive Secretariat UNCLASSIFIED DIA Mentor Protégé Program (MPP) Program assist small businesses (protégés) to successfully compete for prime contracts and subcontract awards by partnering with larger companies and successful SBs (mentors). DoD provides incentives to established contractors to assist protégé firms and increase their overall participation in Agency’s procurement.  In FY 2013, DIA awarded the following MPP agreements:  Booz Allen Hamilton (Large Mentor) & MASY Group, LLC (Protégé)  IBM Corp (Large Mentor) & Radius Technology (Protégé)  TASC Corp (Large Mentor) & Allegheny Science (Protégé)  BAE Systems (Large Mentor) & Mainstreet Technologies (Protégé)  GRS (SB Mentor) & R&K Cyber Solutions (Protégé)  GRS (SB Mentor) & Convergent Solutions (Protégé)  PSI (Large Mentor) & Favor Tech (Protégé)
