Evaluation Forms (C.T. folder) Left side of folder –Introduction letter, On-site evaluation forms Right side of folder- due dates, biweekly evaluations, midterm, and final evaluations Please review all evaluations with interns and help them create specific goals. Consider giving them one or two things to focus on improving.

6. Helpful Hints First Week suggestions (page 19 of handbook): Introduce your intern to administrators and other faculty members. Give him/her a tour of the school. Develop a tentative transition plan. Set expectations and share any necessary information about the students (share cum folders and I.E.P. s when appropriate). Allow them to actively observe you.

7. More Helpful Hints During the internship: If there is a problem, or the intern has many weaknesses, please address them with the intern and supervisor. Model, coach, scaffold Invite and encourage interns to attend faculty meetings, workshops, and P.L.C. meetings with you. Dress code Please be positive about the teaching profession!
