3 Summary Findings of the ICP 2005 Software Suite Evaluation 3  Evaluation objective: To assess the relevance and performance of the ICP 2005 Software suite tools, to check the adequacy of the documentation, training and support provided, and to provide recommendations for software development and use in the ICP 2011.  Evaluation methodology: ◦ Checking the relevance, operation, and user-friendliness of the ICP 2005 Software suite ◦ Evaluating the supporting documentation ◦ Questionnaires to Regional Coordinators and countries ◦ Interviews with staff/ consultants from the ICP Global Office and IT specialists from DECDG  Responses: ◦ Responses were received from five regional coordinators from four regions: Asia, Africa, South America, and Western Asia, pl ◦ Out of fifty countries, responses were received from twenty-eight countries, eleven from Asia, eight from Africa, two from South America, and seven from Western Asia.
