Provider of life enrichment through pet therapy visits to nursing homes and care facilities

Do not put cats to sleep unless terminally ill to prevent suffering

Purpose
To provide a home environment to adoptable stray and unwanted cats until suitable home can be found
To provide a permanent home to unadoptable cats, ill, feral, leukemia or AIDs positive
To educate people on responsible pet ownership, importance of spaying/neutering, respect of animals, etc.
To reduce the over-population problem of cats

All funding used for care of cats, no paid staff except veterinarian

All cats enter The Tenth Life through health care facility
Blood tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDs

Vaccinated for distemper, leukemia, and rabies
Treated for internal and external parasites
Socialized if shy or feral
Microchip implanted for identification
Evaluated for adoptability
