2 2015-2016 KEHA Annual Reports  Summarize the impacts of KEHA programs across the state.  Provide information that aides state educational chairmen in crafting programs and plans.  Provide data for Cooperative Extension Service reports and success stories.

3 2015-2016 Cultural Arts and Heritage 2013-2014 Reports: Family income from the sale of cultural arts items ranged from $12,000 to $37,000 annually. Eighteen clubs and 43 county organizations visited historical sites related to Native Americans.

4 2015-2016 Environment, Housing and Energy 2013-2014 Reports: 1,351members used water saving practices. 2,682 members recycled regularly. 1,366 members implemented changes in the home to prevent pest issues.

5 2015-2016 Family and Individual Development 2013-2014 Reports 71 clubs held programs to support military families. 102 clubs participated in workshops related to healthy aging.

6 2015-2016 4-H Youth Development 2013-2014 Reports: KEHA members volunteered 59,711 hours for youth activities. 4-H camps scholarships totaling $14,000 were funded by KEHA clubs and county organizations.

7 2015-2016 Food, Nutrition and Health 2013-2014 Reports: 5,573 children received weekend food backpacks through programs supported by KEHA members. $44,732.16 was raised and donated to the UK Ovarian Cancer Screening and Research Program.

8 2015-2016 International 2013-2014 Reports $7,400 donated to the KEHA Coins for Change program. $3,900 donated to the NVON ‘Water for All’ project in common.

9 2015-2016 Leadership 2013-2014 Reports: More than 200,000 hours were volunteered for Extension-sponsored activities. $39,000 was awarded in scholarships for higher education.

10 2015-2016 Management and Safety 2013-2014 Reports: 1,331 KEHA members utilized Extension resources in making financial decisions. 1,456 KEHA members used fall prevention techniques learned through KEHA programs.

11 2015-2016 KEHA Report Deadlines  July 1 – club program of work reports are due to the county educational chairmen.  August 15 – county program of work reports are due to the area educational chairmen.  September 15 – area programs of work reports are due to the state educational chairman.
