2 Implementation issues 2 nd instalment, 2013-14 – Proposals to be sent latest by 31.01.2014 – Compliance of conditions imposed during earlier releases has to be ensured Use of dedicated bank account for IAY funds- registration on CPSMS Convergence of NBA with IAY is mandatory – no progress has been reported so far Use of Administrative expenses – upto 1% for IEC activities – upto 1% for Social Audits – UC/AR for administrative funds released have to be submitted separately Timely action on complaints and NLM reports forwarded
