The infant mortality rate is 7%.
70 % of women are illiterate.
A farmer's family (5-6 persons) disposes of about € 20–55 monthly .
There is no general health insurance.
Villages are far apart and there are few possibilities for transportation.

4. The consequences are: No routine medical check-ups leading to:
undiscovered severe infections
and systemic illnesses,
untreated chronic diseases -
diabetes, high blood pressure…
shorter life expectancy,
malnutrition and lack of vitamins,
insufficient information about hygiene, vaccinations, preventive medicine, healthy diet.
