7 7 Assigned Account Manager – X-IO and Comstor will each assign Account Managers to work with the Reseller X-IO Hot Lead Program – X-IO are running a series of focussed lead generation programs. X-IO will qualify the leads, and then invite the selected Reseller to participate in side-by-side meetings with the customer. Expectation is that the Reseller will engage jointly with X-IO in all customer meetings resulting from the Hot Lead program, and that the Reseller will start the lead follow up process within 48hrs of X-IO passing on the lead. Technical Pre-Sales Support from X-IO – Access to priority pre-sales support from X-IO Technical and Sales Training and certification from X-IO – Training will be provided at no cost. Technical training courses are on-line or in-country, Sales training is face-to-face. Pre-sales certification is via successfully passing an exam after completion of the training. Installation supervision program leading to certification for installation – X-IO will provide web training for the Reseller prior to their first installation, and then provide supervision free of charge for the first 3 installation. After this, and following successfully passing an exam, the Reseller will be certified to provide installation services themselves for X-IO products. Use of Demo equipment at the Microsoft MTC – X-IO have units installed in each of the Microsoft MTCs around Europe. Partners can use these facilities for customer demos and Proof Of Concept testing for Microsoft environment solutions Initial Marketing Funds for Lead Generation Programs – Resellers will qualify for initial Marketing funds direct from X-IO for the first quarter of 2015. Resellers can provide the service themselves, or X-IO can run the program on their behalf. Lead Registration Program – Resellers can register their own X-IO leads. Once registration is confirmed and accepted by X-IO, only the registered Reseller will be eligible for X-IO and Comstor support on that deal Eligibility for X-IO flexible benefits package – Revenue will accrue funding which can be provided in a package uniquely tailored to each individual Resellers needs Public Recognition as an eXcellence Partner– Identifies the differentiated status of the Reseller Listing on X-IO Website Listing on X-IO Collateral Annual X-IO Channel Partners Advisory Council Meeting- Opportunity each year to provide Channel feedback to senior X-IO Executives at World-Wide Headquarters in Colorado
