5 How to work with the schedules: To go to our web based program Type https://awsmenus.com in the address bar of your web browser and press your Enter key. Input your username and password (provided at activation). Click Login. After this session please visit our website and test drive our Schedules demonstration yourself. 6 By Answering these six simple questions AWS is able to input all your dealership prices for labor and parts for you. Your desired effective labor rate? Your desired parts gross profit percentage? Your tax rate on parts? Your tax rate on labor? Your shop supply rate on labor? Your shop supply cap. (if any)? If you need any help with this please talk to one of our associates at 800-708-7587. Now all your costs are populated at setup. The only changes you would make is when you would like to adjust your Out the Door prices or to target certain services for promotion. 7 Before we get into the service schedules let’s show how you can control pricing. You would click the Modify Service Schedule Pricing. Only the Service Manager would have access to these Modify Pricing Links. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

8 At this screen you can modify your Out The Door Price. No need to call someone to change the price or wait for the latest CD to load. Simply choose a Make* then choose a Service Interval.** Select a Vehicle and enter the Out The Door Price*** in the appropriate interval. You would then click the [Modify Service Pricing] button at the bottom of the page and your done. 9 Next we will Modify Additional Dealer Services Pricing. This is your Silent Salesman Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

10 On the left hand side of the page find the additional service item you would like to target and market for your promotion. Enter a Price for the service you wish to promote. Any service that has no Price ($0.00) will not be displayed on the scheduled maintenance sheet. Next select the Mileage Range or Ranges and check the boxes (for example) every 25,000 miles. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

11 You may also select a Month to run your promotion as well as a Mileage Range. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click [Modify Additional Service Pricing]. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

12 Please Note - if you select Mileage Ranges or Months, the service will show up as a Recommended Dealer Service on the Service Maintenance Sheet. If you do not select Mileage Ranges or Months, the Service will show up as a Additional Dealer Service on the Service Maintenance Sheet. Any Recommended /Additional Services Not Offered by the Dealership should be left as $0.00. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

13 A new premium service that we have recently added is Add A New Dealer Service. To customize a service that is unique to your dealership click Add A New Dealer Service. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

14 Type in a Short Description. Type in a Longer Description. From the drop down box select a Service Type. Click Add Additional Service. Please note this is an added Premium Service. Please ask one of our associates how to upgrade to this Premium Service. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance. Short Description Longer Description Service Type Add Additional Service

15 View Tracking Report. With this powerful management tool you can track employee usage and the up sells gained from using AWS Menus. If your service advisors are not using these schedules you may be leaving money on the table. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

16 Here you can choose a date or range of dates to track employee use. From the drop down boxes select the Beginning Month, Day and Year. Next you would select the Ending Month, Day and Year. Then click [Get Report]. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance. Beginning Month, Day and YearEnding Month, Day and Year

17 The detailed tracking report measures your employees usage of the AWS System. Included in this report is the Additional Services Sold* and Additional Sales Totals** sections. 18 Let’s build a service menu for a vehicle. Simply select the Year, Make, and Model from the drop down boxes then click [Select Vehicle]. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

19 Next select Engine, Drive train and Service Interval from the drop down boxes then click [Get Menu]. The Schedule will now open in a new window. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

20 Your Dealership name and photo/logo (provided by you) would be placed here. These schedules are word for word from the maintenance schedules in the owners manual. Including all footnotes*. It affords you the opportunity to pick up potential lost service dollars by calling out detail services. footnotes* Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

21 The Recommended Dealer Services are displayed. This is your SILENT SALESMAN at work right in front of your service advisor to share with your customer. As the Accept * toggle is checked the Out The Door Price** changes. Generally you would like to keep this list small so your promotional services stand out. Accept * Out The Door Price** Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

22 Select Yes if you would like to display the Additional Dealer Services. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

23 You may now Print*** as many of these sheets in either black and white or color as needed. To go to the technicians sheet click [Next]**** As you toggle the Accept* Additional Dealer Services the Out The Door Price** changes. Accept* Out The Door Price** [Next]**** Print*** Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

24 The technician can check one of the following: OK, Future Attention or Immediate Attention is needed. OK Future Attention Immediate Attention Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

25 The technician may print and add additional comments. Vehicle Inspections forms are provided for each vehicle. MPVI forms are provided for General Motors Dealers. 27 After closing the new windows you may select another vehicle by clicking (Change Vehicle). Now the process starts over again to get schedules for another vehicle. Please Click Left Mouse Button to Advance.

28 Highlights AWS Internet Menus are designed to work as an interactive sales tool. Dealers can print Menus on their own printers in either color or black and whiteand the menus include your dealers logo. Dealers can easily change prices and services without having to reprint thousands of menus. AWS Internet Menus include Basic Manufacturers' Maintenance Services as well as dealer recommended Premium Maintenance Services. AWS Internet Menus allow Dealers to price recommended Premium Services individually. Web-based Vehicle Maintenance Menus are accessible through the AWS website https://awsmenus.com. The printable menus are manufacturer, vehicle model, and mileage specific and include Technicians' Inspection Reports with Technician's Notes.
