ASEAN consist of : ten nations in South East Asia covering an area (4.5 million sq km) total population 530 million people GNP of about US $ 312 billion and per capita of US $ 496 average economic growth rate 5.5% (1980-1990) and FDI grew as fast as 40% Bali Concord II 2003 declared that ASEAN aims to become a single market
