It is your responsibility to complete all items and to ensure that appropriate materials are on file at the end of the semester for submission of your licensure application to the State Department of Public Instruction in Raleigh.Please read the following information in preparation for the internship. 7 Transcripts Students who are graduating from UNCW will complete the transcript request form during the final seminar at the conclusion of the practicum semester.
