4 Strategic Context Priority in North Yorkshire Housing & Homeless Strategy 2012 & Local Investment Plan (LIP) 2011 LIP target = 300 additional rural affordable homes 2012 to 2015 (75 p.a. av) Need for C. 2,500 affordable homes in NY in SHMA
