Enter your child’s full name on the “Student” line.

12. 12 NPMA’s GLScrip Process GLScrip Coordinator – Patricia Cropper Order online Orders are submitted weekly on Sunday evenings, unless notified otherwise. Payment is due the Friday before each order submission. If your payment is rejected for insufficient funds, NPMA will seek reimbursement of ISF fees from you (PrestoPay TM - $30; check - $25).

13. 13 NPMA’s GLScrip Process (continued) If paying by check, place payment (check payable to “NPMA”) with a copy of your order form in an envelope marked “Scrip”. Write your child’s name and “Scrip” on the memo line. Place envelope in the Blue Box in the band room.
