3. What Do Evaluators Do? Conduct an evaluation on partner during a match Debrief with partner after the match and provide feedback Submit electronic evaluation online within one week of the match Ratings chair reviews and approves evaluation and makes it available to view online.

4. Tips for Being Rated Be yourself! Raters want to get a picture of how you normally work a match. Listen attentively during the debrief, and take notes to help yourself make changes sooner. We rarely see ourselves as others do; you may not agree with what you hear, but don’t argue. Review your evaluations online
