1. The ASCII file is uploaded on election night and the details field is marked to final upload and saved. This begins the canvass period. 2. All absentees, provisionals, and transfers (if applicable) are tabulated. 3. Hand to Eye sample count. 4. Registered voter count is updated. 5. Canvass forms are emailed to county. 6. County board meets to certify the results. 7. New ASCII file is uploaded reflecting the absentees, provisionals and transfers (if applicable). 8. County and State Board confirm updates. 9. Updates are entered into ENR. Summary page is changed from (red) Unofficial to (blue) Official. 10. Details page is changed to canvass and election is locked.
