Do you? Appreciate professional development? Run a training company (however small)? Want more profile? Enjoy collaboration? Want more quality clients? Need to network more?
…exists to support trainers/ coaches/ facilitators to be even better professionally AND enhance your marketing strategy
What’s the story? Stella Collins was looking for a way to develop her professional skills, collaborate with colleagues, and network with key clients but couldn’t find the right place, so started her own group; which quickly flourished. After a while, Mel and Helen from First Class asked if they could run a Brain Friendly Learning Group in their area too. And so the BFLG as a bigger network was born. Now there are 6 groups in the UK and, as hosts, we’re growing our businesses, sharing our expertise and learning together. With the upsurge in interest in neuroscience and learning we’re keeping up with new developments; spreading the word about practical application of new ideas; creating best practise for people to learn more effectively and growing our businesses. We now come together on projects, exhibition stands and key clients; pass on referrals and collaborate; challenge and support each other and share business growth strategies.
How does it work? As a host you will invite who you want, can showcase your talents, be seen as a thought leader, indulge in your own professional development, train your associates, network effectively, collaborate with other experts. Plus you increase your profile and web presence and can generate income from your marketing spend.
Other people say… BFLG meetings are an excellent way to refuel as a trainer and invest in your own personal and business development” Grainne Ridge - All about results The BFLG is both interesting and relevant to what we do. It gives you a different perspective on how you do things” Elaine Roy – Isos Housing Running a BFLG group is a great opportunity to share my passion for learning with like-minded people as well as developing my own knowledge. It is a treat and a privilege at the same time.“ Helen Ashton, First Class “The Brain Friendly Learning Group is my trainers’ playground. It’s indulgent to be on the receiving end of learning, sharing and testing ideas. I’m a better trainer because of it and it’s helped me stand out and get more business.” Clare Haynes, Wildfire
