2 Emergency Response Organization
The Emergency Response Organization (ERO) consists primarily of three functional groups Field Response Organization, led by an Incident Commander (IC) in charge of mitigating or neutralizing emergencies through the use of strategic, tactical, and task level operations Emergency Operations Center (EOC), supports the field organization in events where this group is activated and maintains normal operations Emergency Public Information (EPI), supporting the EOC and Field Level Incident Commander to ensure proper notifications and news media releases are communicated effectively and accurately
