The evolution of the research project… The problem… Educational paradigms (by the system, society) (Robinson, 2010; Pitt, 2010) Teaching profession is not always widely respected (Dolton & Marcenaro-Gutierrez, 2013), and not always swift to change (Pitt, 2010).

The ultimate "blue sky“ intention is to: (Un)Making hopes to increase awareness to the complexities of teaching and learning, and perhaps for some viewers, the teaching profession may be regarded in a positive new light. This is essential during a time of educational complexity, where our K-12 learners deserve and require the best and brightest individuals to continue to enter the profession.
