5 Page  5 BUSINESS Achievement. ROBI Axiata Bangladesh Ltd: However at the same time we were working with ROBI for our products Super Fuel Buddy for saving diesel for their Generator at BTS. After successful performance we received the order from ROBI 1000 pair Super fuel Buddy for their 1000 BTS. We already supplied 100 super fuel buddy.

9 Page  9 BUSINESS Achievement. Bangla Link At present we are working with Bangla Link another leading Telecommunication company for super fuel buddy for their Generator at BTS. They have tested one generator & we got the result reduced 11% fuel consumption. For further checking Bangla Link advised us to Install another five BTS. We already Installed their five sites & we will check the performance after one week. It may be mentioned here that Bangla Link has 2000 BTS. It will be another break through if it perform as before. Beside above our sales team also selling super fuel buddy to the different industry. It is our pleasure to inform you that we are getting very good result from Eneflow 5000 /1000 for de-scaling of Boiler. We already sold 20 pair Eneflow 5000 in this regard.

13 Page  13 BUSINESS STRATEGY Due to global warming situation the average temperature is also increasing in Bangladesh. All the houses, offices, industries are facing this temperature effect not only heat as well as cost too. Secondly Bangladesh is now facing tremendous power supply shortage. As a result, all the private, commercial & industrial activities are completely dependent upon generator. Depending upon generator all the business sectors are incurring a huge amount fuel cost. Another Business opportunity in Bangladesh is ENEFLOW Power Cell 5000 & 1000 for de-scaling mineral scale from Boiler pipe line & reduce chemical cost of Boiler.

16 Page  16 BUSINESS IN PROCESS ۞ Grameen Phone Ltd: Grameen Phone is a leading Telecommunication Company in Bangladesh. They have 12,000 Base Transceiver Station (BTS) in all over Bangladesh. Due to power crisis they are using Diesel Generator in most of the BTS. I had a meeting with Grameen Phone still it is under process.

They have 17(seventeen) tin shed store for keeping the Imported cargo.Each tin shed area is square feet. They are facing problem keeping the cargo in good condition due to excessive heat & leakage of the tin shed. We are pursuing to enter our product ENESEAL HR.

They have 1200 locomotive Engine and plenty of non AC compartment. DGDP: We are enlisted in DGDP now We are processing now establish our super Fuel Buddy for all the motor vehicles of Army, Navy & Air force. Around 6000(Six thousand). We are also trying to establish ENECON advance polymer for Naval Ship.

21 Page  21 ACTION PLAN Meet all the targeted clients including Presentation of ENECON products with immediate effect. In this regard we have to make a regular sales visit plan, depute sales people to meet the clients’ daily basis and set monthly sales target individually for all the sales people on month wise. We will set up our office in all the Division by To implement the Action Plan we have to recruit people. In order to build a successful business we must surround ourselves with bright and enthusiastic people who will contribute to our success. This is our main and overriding responsibility. The Recruitment Process has already been started. We already set up our office at Chittagong. The Organogram of DBL Distribution is given in the next page for your reference. It may be mentioned here there are 7(seven) divisional city in Bangladesh & we are planning set up our sales office in all divisional city.
