Rather lower wage increases. Collective agreements with longer period of validity are preponderance. Qualitative elements (e.g. securing employment, against precarious work, qualification and training). Working time reduction in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Working time extension in Spain. Difficult bargaining position for trade unions because of the on-going crisis in Europe. Impacts of austerity-policy and new interventionism in wage policy and collective bargaining systems in the EU.

Germany: Fall 2015, current CA valid till 31st of October 2015.
