Goal: To stress the importance of a warm up and how to properly implement one in you physical education class to benefit both you and your students.
Why Have A Warm Up? To prepare our bodies mentally and physically. Reduce the chances of injury. Focus attention to activity. Prepare are joints, muscles, tendons, and internal organs for activity. Increase blood flow, speed of nervous system, and sensitivity of nerve receptors.

In The End Must make warm up activity/games fun and interesting in order to hold their attention and keep them engaged. Have to give students the opportunity to suggest warm up activities. Technology is the trend of students today, and in order to keep student physically fit and active we must incorporate new and fun technological warm ups. Without a warm up students will be more likely to encounter an injury and not perform to the best of their ability.
