To see the beauty we often overlook at the expense of our health and well-being. To take back home a new, selfless attitude that will fuel our co-workers, friends, and family.

37 To fully embrace life, we must treat our health as our greatest asset. Good health is more than absence of diseaseit has six dimensions that all merit attention. We must balance sadness with laughter, bitterness with sweetness. We are surrounded every day by teachers. Dont forget the lessons! Love what you door do something else. Dare to dream. A bucket list is only a pad of paper and pen away. The future is not guaranteed, but today is a gift. Embrace the day!
