2 Where is the Tidewater (Coastal Plain) Region located and what does the land look like?

3 The Tidewater Region is located east of the Fall Line, along the eastern coast of VA. The land is low and flat. An important feature of this region is the many rivers that rise and fall with the Atlantic ocean tides.
