3 What could change? Identify why the character in the story had a hard time changing the behavior. My dad is the greatest cook in the world. My friends love eating at my house. But that’s the problem, the food is good. Dad thinks it’s an insult if I don’t take second helpings. When I look in the mirror and when I run my laps at school, I can feel the weight I’ve gained over the past few months. I like looking and feeling good and I know this weight has got to go. But saying “no” to the seconds isn’t easy. I now how hard Dad works to cook for our family and I just love the food he makes. My dad is the greatest cook in the world. Well, I've tried to quit 3 time now and I haven’t been able to do it. I don’t get it. I really, really want to quit, but it’s as if my body won’t let me.
