What sets us apart  We provide our customers with all the things they need for their pet.  If we don't have it in stock we can order it for the customer.  Well Trained Staff in each department.  Willing to answer any questions the customer may have.  Truly unique shopping experience.  The PetBoys service which includes in home service for pets, including setting up/maintaining salt water reef tanks.

7. Weaknesses Starting small will cause prices to be slightly higher than the bigger companies. New company that has not had time to make a name for itself yet. Economy as of right now is not very strong. Competition from big companies that already have set names for themselves.
