7. Hints for Success Choose a memorable site Add some ash from the last Campfire to this new one. Keep the program short. Choose song you and the youth members enjoy. Avoid song sheets. This eliminates the need for torches. Set a brisk pace with minimal breaks. Have a stunt or yell ready in case the next act isn’t ready. Plan for program for about 30 mins.
